Philosophy
Just like I believe every student must find his or her "own" swing, I also believe every teacher must find his or her own philosophy. A teacher's philosophy is the foundation upon which he or she builds each and every student to help them find their "own" swing.
In a game with so many uncontrollable variables, I have found the best players are the ones that dominate the controlled constants-the fundamentals of golf. Fundamentals of golf are your grip, aim, setup (ball-position and posture) which in turn will affect your balance. However, teaching fundamentals is not a philosophy, it is a must.
